Instructions
- Mix the filling ingredients in a large bowl.
- Prepare the egg roll wrappers according to package instructions.
- Scoop golf ball-sized portions of the pork mixture using wet hands.
- Place each portion onto a wrapper, fold it lengthways, and seal the ends.
- Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until golden and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
