Instructions
- Prepare the brown butter mixture by melting butter in a saucepan, then browning it and adding pecans.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch cake pan.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
