Sage Butter Brussels Sprouts with Prosciutto

Instructions
- Blend the butter with the sage using an emulsion blender and set aside.
- Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking zones, placing the cast iron skillet on indirect heat near the direct zone, or heat the skillet on medium/medium-high on the stove.
- Add ½ of the butter (¼ cup) to the skillet and coat the Brussels sprouts.
- Stir the sprouts frequently to prevent sticking, and add the rice wine vinegar.
- Add the chopped prosciutto and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until the sprouts are bright green and cooked through.
