Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts

The Marinade

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • honey for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by removing the stems and rinsing them.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and toss the Brussels sprouts to coat.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill the Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of honey.
