Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, stems trimmed and cut in half

The Seasoning

  • ΒΌ tsp kosher salt
  • to taste fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

The Skewers

  • 4 long wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Skewer the brussels sprouts and place them on a piece of sturdy foil.
  2. Drizzle the skewers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill and lower the heat to low.
  4. Tent the skewers with the foil and place them on the grill.
  5. Cook for about 30 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to prevent burning.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
