Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts

The Seasoning

  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, mixing well.
  3. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining balsamic vinegar before serving.
