Crispy Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic

The dressing

tamari (or soy sauce)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, tamari, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the sprouts.
- Spread the brussels sprouts on a baking sheet with the cut side down and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining balsamic vinegar before serving.
