Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and slice the Brussels sprouts in half.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt, then toss to coat.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut-side-down and roast for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey.
- After 20 minutes, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and add the balsamic mixture, stirring to coat.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm, seasoning with extra salt or pepper if desired.
