Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with coconut oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- 3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in an even layer on a baking sheet, cut-side down, ensuring they are not touching.
- 4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- 5. Serve warm.
