Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

The Dressing

  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

  • to taste freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with coconut oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. 3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in an even layer on a baking sheet, cut-side down, ensuring they are not touching.
  4. 4. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden.
  5. 5. Serve warm.
