Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Clean and trim the brussels sprouts, cutting them in half or quarters if large, and place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and toss to combine.
- Place the coated brussels sprouts cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with foil.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 10-13 minutes until they are toasty and cooked through.
