Instructions
- 1. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.

- 3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a rimmed baking sheet, cut side down.
- 4. Roast in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes or until caramelized and crispy.
