The Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

  2. 2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a rimmed baking sheet, cut side down.
  4. 4. Roast in a 400-degree oven for 30 minutes or until caramelized and crispy.
