Instructions
- Soak the Brussels sprouts in water for 30 minutes to clean and tenderize them.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and place them in a medium bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Add half of the seasoning mixture and mix well, then add the remaining seasoning and mix again.
- Place a wire rack over a baking sheet and arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
