Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 ¾ lbs. Brussels sprouts

The Seasoning and Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Trim the bottom stem of the Brussels sprouts and keep small ones whole while halving larger ones.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden brown and tender.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey.
  6. Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl, drizzle with the balsamic mixture, and toss to combine. Serve warm.
