Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Trim the bottom stem of the Brussels sprouts and keep small ones whole while halving larger ones.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, toss with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden brown and tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a serving bowl, drizzle with the balsamic mixture, and toss to combine. Serve warm.
