Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender and browned.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
