Ingredients

The sprouts

  • 1.5 lb Brussels sprouts

The dressing

  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 25-35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender and browned.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
