Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Scatter the chopped bacon around the pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the sprouts are browned.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the sprouts, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
