Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, slicing them in half or quarters.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with the oil mixture to coat evenly.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- Toss the roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans, bacon, and cranberries.
- Top with feta cheese and serve warm.
