Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 6 oz sugar-free bacon
  • 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts and bacon together in a bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with black pepper.
  7. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
  8. Serve hot.
