Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts and bacon together in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with black pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
- Serve hot.
