Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the pan(s) and sprinkle the bacon evenly over them.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts with bacon for 20-25 minutes until browned on the bottom, then flip and roast for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
