Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Brussels sprouts (cut in half lengthwise)
  • 8 slices Bacon (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the pan(s) and sprinkle the bacon evenly over them.
  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts with bacon for 20-25 minutes until browned on the bottom, then flip and roast for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  5. Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
