Oven-Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a large sheet pan.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with bacon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the sheet pan and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning once.
- Once tender with charred edges, remove from the oven and toss with maple syrup and garlic.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
