Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the trimmed Brussels sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Add the sliced red onions and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with avocado oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the uncooked bacon, sea salt, and black pepper over all.
- Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
