Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Brussels sprouts
  • 3 pieces bacon
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove bacon and leave 1 to 2 tablespoons of grease in the skillet.
  3. Add sliced Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cover, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  4. Add bacon bits and balsamic vinegar to the skillet, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes over medium-low heat until sprouts are crisp-tender.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
