Instructions
- Cook chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Remove bacon and leave 1 to 2 tablespoons of grease in the skillet.
- Add sliced Brussels sprouts to the skillet, cover, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Add bacon bits and balsamic vinegar to the skillet, stir, and cook for another 2 minutes over medium-low heat until sprouts are crisp-tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
