Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400º F.
- In a small saucepan, bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil and simmer until reduced by half, then stir in the maple syrup.
- Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking tray, coat with oil, and bake for 30-40 minutes, tossing halfway through until browned and crisp.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with the balsamic-maple reduction, toss to coat, and top with bacon.
- Serve immediately.
