Ingredients

The vegetables

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seasoning
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped

The dressing

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking pan with foil.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, red onion, salt, pepper, and mustard seasoning.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the foil-lined pan.
  5. Roast the vegetables for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the veggies.
