Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming tough ends and removing loose leaves, then halve them and place on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until tender and golden brown, checking for doneness based on size.
- Season to taste and transfer to a serving dish, gently tossing with pecans and cranberries, and garnish with parsley before serving.
