Grilled Brussels Sprouts

The marinade

Instructions
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat, then refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated sprouts onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and tender.
- Serve the skewers on a plate, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
