Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim and slice the Brussels sprouts in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet with cut sides down.
- Roast for 20 to 30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
- If desired, toss the roasted sprouts with lemon juice, zest, Parmesan, and thyme.
- Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
