Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and place an empty sheet pan in the oven.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Remove the hot sheet pan from the oven and coat it with cooking spray.
- 4. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the pan, cut side down, in a single layer.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the sprouts are deep golden brown and crisp.
- 6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve, garnished with lemon wedges if desired.
