Mouth-Watering Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove any loose outer leaves.
- Place the prepared sprouts in a large bowl and add the oil, stirring until thoroughly coated.
- Add the Harissa and salt, stirring to combine.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and garnish with black pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then flip and continue roasting for an additional 5-15 minutes until browned to your liking.
- Drizzle with a teaspoon of melted coconut oil and toss to coat before serving immediately.
