Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- Pour boiling water over the trimmed Brussels sprouts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes.
- Let the sprouts cool for 5 minutes, then add olive oil, garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let the sprouts cool for 5 minutes before serving.
