Ingredients

The sprouts

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed

The seasoning

  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
  2. Pour boiling water over the trimmed Brussels sprouts in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Let the sprouts cool for 5 minutes, then add olive oil, garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, mixing well.
  4. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the sprouts cool for 5 minutes before serving.
