Roasted Frozen Brussels Sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper in the oven.
- Once the oven is hot, add the frozen Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and spread them out.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan and drizzle the sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then stir to coat.
- Return the pan to the oven and continue baking for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until browned and tender.
- Add lemon juice and Parmesan if desired before serving.
