Ingredients

The sprouts

  • 24 oz Frozen brussels sprouts

The seasoning

  • ¼ cup Avocado oil
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen brussels sprouts with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until they soften.
  4. Cut the brussels sprouts in half and toss with an additional tablespoon of oil and sea salt.
  5. Arrange the sprouts back on the baking sheet and roast for another 15 minutes.
  6. Broil the sprouts for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned.
