Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine frozen brussels sprouts with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until they soften.
- Cut the brussels sprouts in half and toss with an additional tablespoon of oil and sea salt.
- Arrange the sprouts back on the baking sheet and roast for another 15 minutes.
- Broil the sprouts for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through, until browned.
