Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 1 hour before cooking.
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any brown leaves, then microwave them for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper with the cooled Brussels sprouts.
- Thread 4 to 5 Brussels sprouts onto each skewer, leaving ½ inch between each sprout.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 375°F) and grill the skewers for 5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the skewers and grill for another 5 minutes until browned and tender.
- Remove the sprouts from the skewers and toss them with the reserved marinade before serving.
