Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Maple-Mustard Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat (425℉) and soak wooden skewers if using.
- Steam the Brussels sprouts for 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender, then cool slightly.
- Thread 5 to 7 steamed Brussels sprouts onto each skewer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, mustard, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt. Reserve 1 tablespoon of glaze.
- Brush the glaze onto the skewered sprouts.
- Grill the skewers for 2 minutes, then turn and repeat two more times for a total of 6 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, drizzle with reserved glaze, and serve hot or cold.
