Grilled Maple Mustard Brussels Sprouts

Instructions
- Heat the grill according to the instructions on the charcoal bag.
- Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts in the marinade to coat them well.
- Skewer about 4 halves of Brussels sprouts onto each skewer.
- Grill the skewers on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Remove from the grill and enjoy, optionally brushing with extra sauce.
