Garlic-Prosciutto Brussels Sprouts

brussels sprouts, ends trimmed and yellow leaves discarded

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- 2. Sauté the prosciutto in a skillet with a little melted butter until crispy, then push it to one side.
- 3. Add the remaining butter and sauté the garlic until aromatic and slightly browned.
- 4. Stir in the Brussels sprouts and combine well with the prosciutto, seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- 5. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of melted butter.
- 6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 8 minutes.
- 7. Serve immediately.
