Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Prepare the Brussels sprouts by cutting out the stem, trimming the outer leaves, and slicing them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a 9" x 13" rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 12 to 15 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
- While roasting, prepare the honey garlic glaze by mixing honey, white balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and salt in a small bowl.
- Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with the honey garlic glaze, tossing to coat.
- Set the oven to broil and return the Brussels sprouts to the oven until caramelized, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with lemon and parsley.
