Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the balsamic vinegar or chili oil.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Place the brussels sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, transfer the brussels sprouts to a bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Top with fresh thyme and serve.
