Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until slightly crispy.
- Push the bacon to one side of the skillet and add olive oil.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for a few moments.
- Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until the white parts turn brown, then flip them over.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and add Parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything together, then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
