Garlic Parmesan and Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 oz Brussels Sprouts, stem trimmed and sliced into halves
  • to taste salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until slightly crispy.
  2. Push the bacon to one side of the skillet and add olive oil.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for a few moments.
  4. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook until the white parts turn brown, then flip them over.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and add Parmesan cheese.
  6. Toss everything together, then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
