Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place a rack in the upper third.
- Place the Brussels sprouts and garlic on a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
- Mix gently to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly, then spread them in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Continue baking for an additional 10 to 20 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are charred and tender.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste before serving.
