Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the kale with olive oil, parmesan, salt, and pepper, then bake until crispy.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside, leaving some fat in the pan.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting them in half and seasoning them.
- Sear the lobster tails in the skillet until the shells turn bright red, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and the cooked pasta along with spices, then toss with tomatoes and fontina cheese.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and mix in the crispy kale.
- In a separate pan, brown the remaining butter, then add the lobster meat to the pasta and serve topped with basil and bacon.
