Instructions
- Boil water and cook the lobster for about 10 minutes, then extract the meat from the claws and tail.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté the garlic.
- Add the lobster meat, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
- Stir in the spaghetti and combine well with the lobster.
- Add chicken broth, sake, and mirin, tossing until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Mix in tomatoes, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Transfer the pasta to serving platters and garnish with lemon wedges and shaved Parmesan cheese.
