Frozen Lemonade Pie in a Jar

Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar in a small bowl, then add melted butter and combine.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of the jars.
- In a large bowl, fold together COOL WHIP and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add thawed lemonade concentrate, and optional lemon juice and food coloring, then mix until combined.
- Distribute the filling evenly among the jars.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
