Ingredients

The cups

  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

The filling

  • 4 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Mix 5 teaspoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small dish.
  3. Lay out the wonton wrappers and mist them with cooking spray, then sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture on each side.
  4. Push each wonton wrapper into the muffin tray to form cups and bake for 8 minutes until brown and crispy.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, and the remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar, mixing until smooth.
  6. Fill each cooled cinnamon cup with a generous tablespoon of the yogurt mixture and top with fresh berries.
