Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F and prepare the baking stone if using.
- Spread the sauce over the pizza bases and top with mozzarella, feta, and almonds.
- Blanch the broccolini in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain and coat with olive oil.
- Arrange the broccolini on the pizzas and sprinkle with almonds.
- Bake the pizzas until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, about 12 minutes.
- Slice the pizzas and add optional garnishes before serving.
