Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500F.
- In a medium bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken in the mixture until coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden, about 6-7 minutes.
- Steam or microwave broccoli florets for about 30 seconds to soften.
- Roll or stretch the dough into a 10-12 inch disc using cornmeal to prevent sticking.
- Place the dough on a pizza pan dusted with cornmeal.
- Spread tomato sauce on the dough and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add chicken, broccoli, and olives, then bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with goat cheese.
