Broccoli Rabe Burrata Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add broccoli rabe, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until wilted.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes and garlic to the skillet and cook briefly.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Spoon some oil from the skillet over the dough, then layer on olives, broccoli rabe, half of the basil, mozzarella, and pepperoni.
- Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Add burrata on top and bake for an additional 5-8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining basil, salt, and pepper before serving.
