Super Green Pizza

Instructions
- Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about a 10-12 inch circle and transfer it to the baking sheet.
- Spread the dough with vinaigrette and top with feta, asparagus, and peas. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes until the crust is golden and the veggies are lightly charred.
- Remove from the oven and top with burrata and prosciutto, letting it sit for 5 minutes to allow the burrata to melt.
- Finish with watercress, chives, and crushed red pepper before serving with remaining vinaigrette.
