Instructions
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 pieces and form into balls, dusting with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook each piece of dough until golden brown on both sides.
- In a bowl, toss peaches, arugula, basil, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Top the cooked pizzas with the salad, burrata, balsamic vinegar, and additional basil leaves.
