Peach & Prosciutto Pizza

The balsamic reduction

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F with the pizza stone inside for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, combine balsamic vinegar and honey, and simmer until reduced to slightly under ½ cup.
- Dust parchment paper with flour and stretch the pizza dough into a round shape.
- Mix olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture over the pizza crust.
- Season the crust with salt and pepper, and layer prosciutto evenly on top.
- Dollop ricotta on the pizza, then sprinkle with mozzarella and asiago.
- Slice peaches and layer them on the pizza.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
