Grilled Prosciutto Peach Flatbread Pizza

prosciutto, torn or sliced

goat cheese, crumbled

fresh basil, chiffon
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the flatbreads on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes until charred.
- Remove the flatbreads from the grill.
- On the charred side, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spread the minced garlic, sliced peaches, prosciutto, and goat cheese evenly.
- Return the flatbreads to the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bottom has char marks.
- Remove from the grill, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve.
