Grilled Prosciutto Peach Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

The flatbread

  • 4 pieces whole wheat naan flatbreads

The toppings

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 pieces fresh peaches, sliced
  • 3 oz prosciutto, torn or sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chiffon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the flatbreads on the grill and grill for 2-3 minutes until charred.
  3. Remove the flatbreads from the grill.
  4. On the charred side, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spread the minced garlic, sliced peaches, prosciutto, and goat cheese evenly.
  5. Return the flatbreads to the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bottom has char marks.
  6. Remove from the grill, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh basil.
  7. Slice and serve.
